We are excited to offer four groups starting towards the end of October/beginning of November! Here are some details about them:

Second-Time Mothers’ Group: We’ve had quite a few requests for a group like this over the past years. Our New Mothers’ Group is for first time mothers, but there are other mothers out there who are fairly new to the Helsinki region, who have young babies at home as well as other young children, who are looking for connection. In this 4 session affinity group you’ll meet other international mothers in the same situation as you, get tips on parenting toddlers and looking after yourself in your growing family, as well as learn about parenting culture in Finland. New Mothers’ Group: The November New Mothers’ Group will kick of as normal on Tuesday 5th November with the usual structure and offerings: Birth Stories with Hatty:  postnatal yoga with Purna Yoga: feeding and sleeping with Doula Maria: and postnatal mental health and wellbeing with Annabel. If you or anyone you know has a new born baby up to 5 months old and this is your/their first child, this is a great affinity group, where you will make lasting friends for your Mum journey. Sign-ups will be announced soon, keep an eye out on our social media (Instagram, Facebook) and the New Mothers’ Group page on our website.

Adult ADHD group: In this popular 6-session group with Adja and Harsh,  starting 23rd October you will: Deepen your understanding of the neuroscience of ADHD; get tips on tackling procrastination, planning and prioritisation; learn how to address negative and unproductive thought patterns, and learn skills to regulate your emotions. This group is designed for parents of children aged 3-10 and there will be babysitting available while you are in the group!
