Because our company has been founded by migrants with a lived-experience of the integration process in Finland, we are able to offer highly-relevant, appropriate and compassionate workshops and training to the migrant and international community in Finland.

Dr Hatty Francis-Ehnholm
Dr Hatty Francis-Ehnholm is an English and Swedish-speaking psychologist and psychotherapist with a particular expertise in parenting, understanding the Finnish education system and integration as a migrant in Swedish. She has presented to a number of schools and organisations in Finland on a wide variety of psychological topics to do with well-being for working individuals, migrants, unemployed, children and parents.

Annabel Battersby
Annabel Battersby is an English-speaking psychologist and psychotherapist with a particular expertise in the psychological needs of migrants in Finland, cross-cultural psychology and well-being using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) principles. She also has expertise in older adult psychology, both as a clinician and trainer. Annabel has presented for schools, government and the private sector in Finland on topics such as mental health first aid, well-being in the workplace and well-being for newly arrived migrants.

Dr Saija-Liisa Kankaanpää
Dr Saija-Liisa Kankaanpää is a Finnish, English, French and Spanish-speaking psychologist and trainee psychotherapist with a particular expertise in teaching cultural competence skills to health and educational professionals. She has a PhD in cross-cultural psychology focusing on migrant mental health in Finland. Saija has been a school psychologist and is currently completing studies in child and adolescent psychotherapy. She is available to deliver workshops and training on a wide variety of integration and child psychology topics.

Dr Jennifer De Paolo
Dr Jennifer De Paolo is an Italian, Finnish and English-speaking psychologist with a PhD from the University of Helsinki on the topic of happiness in Finland. She is regularly called upon to give expert advice on happiness in the Finnish context and continues to conduct academic research in this field alongside her clinical caseload. She is available to deliver workshops and training on life satisfaction and happiness topics.

Kim Seppälä is a Finnish, German and English-speaking psychologist with a particular expertise in the combination of somatic and psychological therapies. She has delivered workshops and training on yoga and Jungian psychology, yoga and mental health, workplace well-being and breathwork.

Dr Srishti Trehan
Dr Srishti Trehan is a Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and English-speaking psychologist with a particular expertise in mindfulness and adolescent psychology. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology which focused on student well-being interventions, and she continues to have a strong interest in working with children, adolescents and families with children. She is available to present on well-being, mindfulness and parenting topics.
