Adult ADHD Group
Deepen your understanding about ADHD at our popular 6-week Adult ADHD Group. Learn science-backed strategies to improve emotion regulation, task management, motivation, and more.
Adult Autism Group
This 4-session group is designed specifically for adults looking to learn more about autism and what it means to live as a neurodiverse individual. We’ll cover the basics of autism as a spectrum disorder, explore the unique ways ASD may shape everyday experiences, and discuss strategies to embrace and thrive within your neurodiverse reality.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group
This 6-week group combines behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based practice and acceptance-based philosophy and practice. Research has shown DBT to be especially effective for clients struggling with impulsivity, self-harming tendencies and difficulties in regulating their emotions.
Positive Parenting Course
Our 6-session Positive Parenting course offers a supportive and reflective space for parents and includes evidence-based strategies backed by neuroscience. Topics include emotional self-regulation in the child, understanding root causes of behaviour in your child, relationship building, and modelling.
New Mothers' Group
The 4-week New Mothers’ Group is your chance to talk to other mothers about the highs and the lows of new parenthood in a relaxed and welcoming setting. At the same time you will also learn more about your recovery from the birth, feeding, sleeping, post natal mental health and other topics from a variety of professionals.
