I aim to offer a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space where you can slow down, explore, and reflect at your own pace. My intention is that you feel seen, heard, and supported, as you gradually reconnect with yourself.
Therapy is tailored to you, supporting both deeper emotional healing and the development of practical skills. We look beyond symptoms and explore underlying patterns, emotional experiences, inner parts, and the mind-body connection, while also developing concrete tools to help you navigate daily life.
In my work, I support people with a wide range of psychological concerns. Over time, my experience has naturally centered around themes such as anxiety, burnout, depression, emotional regulation, identity and existential questions, grief, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem and relationship issues.
Currently on parental leave until March 2027

My Approach to Therapy
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and integrative in nature, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic and body-oriented approaches. Depending on your personal needs and preferences, therapy may draw from:
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Somatic Therapy and body-based work
- Coherence Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness-based approaches
My intention is to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space to not only heal, but to learn, grow, be seen, and be heard.
What Therapy Looks Like
Getting to Know
In the first sessions, we take time to explore your current situation, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your expectations. If we both feel the collaboration is a good fit, we define goals together and create a direction that offers structure while remaining flexible.
Therapy Sessions
During our therapy sessions, I will take notes, ask questions, and provide feedback and perspective, while encouraging you to develop your own hypotheses and insights. Although each session may vary in content and focus, our established action plan will serve as our guideline.
Progress & Reflection
You will learn more about yourself and be provided with tools and exercises to help manage the many struggles life can throw at us. As we go along, we will assess our progress and determine whether the initial goals were achieved or need to be reformulated, and when you are ready to end counselling.
