My style is compassionate and non-judgmental. I aim to help each of you move from disconnection to connection, from blame to curiosity and from unhelpful repetition to renewal. We work together to understand how past experiences shape your present patterns, while staying anchored in the here-and-now, always focusing on positive change and your goals. Sessions aim to be emotionally alive, rather than intellectual—we invite genuine experience and emotion, at a phase comfortable to you.
I offer shorter interventions (about 5 – 10 sessions), longer interventions (often 10 – 20 sessions) or even one-time consultations, depending on your situation. For interventions: In our first few sessions, we’ll define a common understanding of your situation, the factors that contribute to it and set a goal or direction. If we commit to an intervention, we will agree on a specific number of sessions (often 10 – 20 sessions). This helps us stay focused.
If you are an individual aiming to better understand or improve your relationships, but you want to attend sessions by yourself, feel free to contact me for individual consultations.

My Approach to Therapy
Whether your goal is to make a small step in the right direction, or if you need a long-term commitment, our work will always be forward-looking and adapted to your timeline and needs. In our first session, we’ll try to define a common understanding of your situation, the factors that contribute to it and start to define a goal or direction.
We are all familiar with the immense influence of relationships—nobody triggers our reactions like those closest to us and yet few things can bring us more strength, safety and meaning than our loved ones. Relational dynamics shape us throughout life and contribute to our sense of self-worth and abilities, often beginning in childhood.
