Magdalena Caputa is a clinical psychology master’s student at Leiden University in the Netherlands. Her academic training has primarily focused on the cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) approach, providing her with a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological care. Magdalena also holds a bachelor’s degree in early education.

Magdalena has lived in both the United States and the Netherlands. She brings a strong sensitivity to cultural differences and is especially aware of the challenges that expats may face when adjusting to a new environment. Magdalena strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Margaretha Madoures is a trainee psychologist completing a traineeship at Compass Psychology. She has completed a BSc. in Psychology and Neuroscience and a MSc. in Clinical Psychology in the Netherlands. Margaretha has lived in Finland for over ten years and has completed over 2500 sessions with working-age clients. 

Margaretha is a trained relaxation therapist who can teach progressive muscle relaxation. She has also completed additional training in brief solution focused therapy. She has worked with neurodivergent adults, stress related issues, as well as difficulties adjusting to changes. 

In her work with clients Margaretha prefers a client-centred, solution focused approach that favours practical approaches and nervous system regulation. She can provide therapy in English and German. You can contact her at margaretha@compasspsychology.fi .
