We started up our first New Mothers’ Group last week and it was a huge success. There were six mothers with six babies from six different countries! But all united in the common challenges of early motherhood. In the first session we introduced ourselves and spoke about what the four week program will look like. The mums had the chance to tell us what they want to learn more about in the program, for example, about breast feeding, childcare options and routines for babies.Then Nicola from Purna Yoga took the group through some fantastic post-natal reovery exercises.
